The requirement is specifically for designers with strong experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Product Mockups and Product Visualization.

EXPERIENCE

- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Beauty/Personal Care, E-commerce or Quick Commerce is preferred.
- Candidates from creative/advertising agencies are also suitable if they have worked on consumer/product-led brands.
- Experience creating assets for e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS 1. Quick Commerce Design

- Understanding of product-led, offer-led and conversion-focused creatives.

2. Product Mockups & Visualization

- Strong Photoshop skills.
- Ability to create realistic product compositions, mockups, renders and retouched product images.
- Good understanding of lighting, shadows, perspective and product accuracy.

3. E-commerce Assets

- Product listing images
- Product banners
- USP/benefit creatives
- Promotional/offer creatives
- Product infographics

4. AI & New-age Design Candidates should have actively used or experimented with AI tools as part of their design process.

They should be familiar with tools such as:

- ChatGPT ideation, creative concepts, prompts and copy
- Midjourney / Gemini
- Adobe Firefly / Photoshop Generative AI
- or similar AI image-generation tools
- Other AI tools used for image generation,

Candidate do not need to be experts in every platform, but they must have hands-on experience trying and using AI tools, rather than only having theoretical knowledge of them.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR The candidate should be visually robust, fast and detail-oriented, with the ability to take a brief and execute it independently. They should be comfortable working on multiple products and multiple creatives with quick turnaround times.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT

Portfolio is mandatory before shortlisting.

Portfolio should includes

- Product mockups / product visualisation
- E-commerce creatives
- Quick Commerce creatives, if available
- Product retouching / image manipulation
- FMCG, D2C, Food, Beauty or other consumer-brand work

We will not shortlist candidates whose portfolio is primarily social media posts, festival creatives, generic branding or Canva-based designs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for hands-on Graphic Designers, not Art Directors or purely conceptual designers. The person should be comfortable doing the actual design and production work independently.
