- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative digital assets and YouTube thumbnails.
- Hands-on experience managing YouTube Channels using YouTube Studio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory composition etc.
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Manage the end to end publishing process on YouTube, including uploads, metadata optimization, scheduling and playlist management.
- Create high-performing thumbnails aligned with YouTube best practices.
- Maintain consistency in brand look, tone, and storytelling style.
- Track KPIs such as impressions, CTR, watch time, retention, subscriber growth, traffic sources, and RPM (if monetized).
- Monitor channel performance using YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
