Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX & Graphic Design Intern who has a strong visual sense, curiosity about digital experiences, and an interest in solving design problems.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how design works beyond individual graphics, from understanding a brand and its audience to creating visual identities, social media creatives, websites, interfaces, and digital experiences.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to both UI/UX and graphic design projects, depending on project requirements and your skills.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interface layouts for websites and digital products.
- Design website pages, landing pages, dashboards, and web application interfaces.
- Develop clean and user-friendly UI designs in Figma.
- Understand basic user experience principles, hierarchy, spacing, grids, and responsive design.




- Convert requirements and references into clear and practical design solutions.
- Participate in design iterations based on feedback.
- Maintain consistency across screens and digital touchpoints.

Graphic & Visual Design
- Design social media posts, carousels, presentations, pitch decks, and other communication assets.
- Create visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Work with typography, colour, layout, imagery, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Support branding and visual identity projects when required.
- Adapt designs across different digital formats and platforms.
- Maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints.

Project & Team Collaboration

- Work on live client and internal projects.
- Understand project requirements before starting design execution.
- Research references, competitors, trends, and relevant visual directions.
- Present design ideas and explain creative decisions.
- Implement feedback and refine designs professionally.
- Share regular updates on work progress and learnings.
- Take ownership of assigned design tasks and meet project timelines.

Who We're Looking For

- Strong interest in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Good visual and design sense.
- Basic understanding of typography, colour, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Figma and at least one graphic design tool such as Canva or Adobe tools.
- Ability to create clean, structured, and visually appealing designs.




- Creative thinker with good problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, receive feedback, and improve.
- Attention to detail and willingness to refine work.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Eligibility

Students or freshers from

- UI/UX Design
- Graphic Design
- Visual Communication
- Design / Multimedia
- Computer Science / IT with a strong interest in UI/UX
- Any relevant design or digital field

Prior professional experience is not mandatory. A strong interest in design, willingness to learn, and a portfolio or sample work will be valued.
