Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Onething, you’ll turn briefs into visuals that are clear, engaging, and full of character. You’ll work across digital platforms and brand touchpoints, getting the opportunity to explore different formats and styles as you build your design practice. You’ll work closely with senior designers and creative leads to bring ideas to life across social media, digital campaigns, banners, emailers, and marketing collateral. Along the way, you’ll learn to approach design with both creativity and purpose, while developing a strong understanding of visual communication and design fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design digital creatives including social media posts, banners, emailers, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Create visually engaging layouts using typography, imagery, colour, and composition principles.
- Create and adapt digital design assets in Figma.
- Support the team in creating campaign creatives, illustrations, infographics,



and brand communication assets.
- Adapt designs across different platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Assist in image editing, retouching, and visual enhancements.
- Understand design briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Collaborate with senior designers and internal teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, references, and emerging creative practices.

Job Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social media creatives, banners, emailers, and digital assets.
- Ability to create clean, consistent, and visually appealing designs.
- Prior experience working with BFSI/Fintech brands is preferred.
- Valuable attention to detail and willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with BFSI/Fintech brands will be an added advantage.
