Role Description The Graphic and Video Design Intern will support RealX’s visual communication across digital channels in a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune, Baner area. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and short-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and the company’s website, following brand guidelines and project briefs. The intern will assist in editing images and video clips, preparing visual assets for posts, presentations, and ads, and collaborating with marketing team members to translate concepts into compelling visual content.

Additional tasks may involve adapting designs for multiple formats, organizing design files, and contributing ideas to enhance RealX’s digital presence and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create social media posts, carousels and stories

Edit Reels and short-form videos

Bring creative ideas and visual concepts to the team

Repurpose existing content into engaging creatives

Add captions, transitions, animations and other video elements

Adapt creatives for different platforms and formats

Follow existing brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

Research current design, video and social media trends

Make creative iterations based on feedback

Organize and maintain creative assets

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Canva,



Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools

Good visual sense and attention to detail

Understanding of social media formats

Ability to edit short-form videos

Creative mindset and willingness to experiment A portfolio or sample work is a plus

- Interest in technology, AI and/or Web3 is a plus

Qualifications

- Solid skills in graphics and graphic design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Proficiency in image editing tools and techniques to prepare assets for digital and social media use.
- Understanding of social media platforms and basic marketing principles to align visuals with campaign objectives.
- Familiarity with video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment.
