Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2–3 years of experience in designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX, responsive layouts, and front-end technologies. Knowledge of graphic design will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts.
- Create website designs, landing pages, banners, and other digital assets.
- Convert design concepts into responsive web pages using HTML and CSS.
- Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with developers, digital marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver designs as per requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, spacing, and overall visual design.
- Improve existing website designs based on usability, performance, and user experience requirements.
- Create and edit graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements when required.
- Stay updated with the latest web design, UI/UX, and digital design trends.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3,



and responsive web design.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and web design standards.
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- Good eye for design, typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to convert creative concepts into practical web designs.

Added Advantage

- Experience in Graphic Design.
- Experience designing social media creatives, website banners, and marketing materials.
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in web designing.
- Creative mindset with a strong visual sense.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
