Role Description The Graphic and Motion Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Najafgarh. The person in this role will conceptualize and design motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns, product demos, presentations, and social media content.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing storyboards, creating animated sequences, editing and producing video content, and collaborating with marketing, product,



and analytics teams to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives. The Graphic and Motion Designer will also maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, optimize content for various platforms and formats, and manage project timelines from concept to final delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and multimedia content.
- Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding to visualize and plan engaging visual narratives.
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and post-production workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for digital media.
- Ability to interpret complex technical or data-driven concepts and convert them into transparent, compelling visual stories.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in design, animation, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video work across different formats and platforms.
