We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer to work closely with the Chairman and gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas of our growing elevator business.

Role Overview

This is a versatile role for a young engineer who is eager to learn, take responsibility and understand how a business operates from the top level.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Chairman on assigned tasks and projects
- Support project coordination and execution
- Assist with technical and commercial activities
- Prepare reports, trackers and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and project stakeholders
- Support business development and operational activities
- Conduct site visits and collect project-related information when required
- Assist in improving systems, processes and documentation
- Handle other business and engineering assignments as directed

Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil,



Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Strong MS Office / Excel skills
- Willingness to learn across technical, commercial and operational areas
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
