DAMAC AI is building one of the region’s most ambitious AI compute footprints — sovereign cloud, hyperscale data centres and large-scale NVIDIA GPU clusters powering enterprise AI across the Middle East and Asia.

We’re hiring a Solution Engineer to help turn that infrastructure into working customer solutions — from first technical conversation to live PoC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Support enterprise customers through technical discovery, solution design and PoC delivery.
- Build and configure GPU training clusters, inference gateways and RAG stacks.
- Run hands-on workshops on fine-tuning, RAG and inference serving.
- Contribute technical firepower to RFP responses and customer demos.
- Work alongside Solution Architects, Sales and Engineering on live accounts.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA GPU platforms, CUDA/NCCL/Triton.
- Working knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, RAG and inference serving.
- Comfort with Kubernetes and GPU orchestration (Slurm, Run:ai, Kubeflow).
- A builder’s mindset — you’d rather configure the cluster than talk about it.
