We are looking for a detail-oriented Govt. Tender & Bid Management Specialist with hands-on experience in government e-tendering, bid management, and technical proposal preparation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing bid documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and track tenders across GeM, CPPP, State NIC, Smart City, Municipal Corporation, Railway, and PSU portals.
- Prepare tender summary sheets and conduct Go/No-Go assessments.
- Draft technical proposals, compliance matrices, project methodologies, and clarification documents.
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and marketing teams for bid preparation and pricing.




- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids through e-procurement portals.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, track corrigenda, and support technical evaluations and demonstrations.
- Maintain tender trackers, documentation records, and weekly progress reports.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in government tenders, e-procurement, or pre-sales.
- Solid knowledge of tender documentation, bid submission, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IoT, Climate-Tech, Smart Cities, SaaS, Environmental Monitoring, or technical solutions.
- Knowledge of QCBS evaluation, BOQ preparation, and financial bid formats.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
