About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. The candidate should be comfortable working with campaign data and focused on generating leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct audience and keyword research.
- Set up and monitor pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.




- Coordinate with the creative and social media teams for ad creatives.
- Identify trends and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Manage multiple client campaigns and meet performance targets.

Requirements

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
