Job Summary

Rarefiction Media is looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO optimization.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, optimize campaigns for conversions, and improve the organic search visibility of websites.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing of ads, audiences, creatives, and campaigns.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings.
- Perform on-page SEO including titles, meta descriptions, headings, keywords, URLs, and internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
- Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO where required.
- Prepare regular campaign and SEO performance reports.
- Work with the creative, content, and web development teams to improve campaign and website performance.
- Stay updated with Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and SEO trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Good knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and digital marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
- Google Ads Certification
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, and local businesses
- Knowledge of landing page and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools

Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
