Role Description The Google Ads Expert at myG will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and in-store visits across Kerala locations. This full-time, on-site role based in calicut, Kerala, involves planning and executing performance marketing strategies, conducting keyword and audience research, and creating compelling ad copy and extensions aligned with brand guidelines. The role includes monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing bid and budget adjustments to achieve target ROAS and CPA.
The Google Ads
Expert will collaborate with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with promotional calendars, product launches, and local store initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include A/B testing ads and landing pages, maintaining accurate tracking, preparing performance reports, and recommending continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including Search, Display, and YouTube, with proven experience in performance optimization.
- Skills in keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to support effective and data-driven campaign strategies.
- Ability to create clear, persuasive ad copy and coordinate with creative teams on visuals and landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and related tools to track, measure, and report campaign performance and user behavior.
- Experience managing budgets, bids, and pacing to meet defined marketing goals while maximizing ROI.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications such as Google Ads and Google Analytics are highly beneficial.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer electronics marketing is an added advantage.
