About the Role

Kyrios Digital Group is looking for a Google Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in real estate lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a proven understanding of the real estate customer journey and experience running Google Ads campaigns for residential projects, builder floors, plots, commercial properties, or luxury developments.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns with a solid focus on qualified leads, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, assets, extensions, audiences, and landing-page strategies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tracking.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage negative keywords and search-term reports to reduce irrelevant traffic.
- Develop location-based campaigns targeting specific cities, sectors, micro-markets, and property catchments.
- Build remarketing strategies for website visitors and potential buyers.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, website, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.




- Monitor daily campaign performance and make optimization decisions based on data.
- Conduct A/B testing of keywords, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Allocate budgets effectively across projects and campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm changes, bidding strategies, and new advertising features.

Real Estate Experience Required The candidate should have practical experience working on campaigns for:

- Residential projects
- Builder floors
- Apartments / Flats
- Villas
- Plots / Land
- Commercial properties
- Luxury real estate
- New property launches
- Real estate investment projects

Experience generating leads for high-ticket properties (50 Lakhs5 Crore+) will be an advantage.

- Has 24 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Has previously managed real estate lead-generation campaigns.
- Understands the complete funnel from ad click landing page lead sales qualification.
- Can independently manage multiple real estate campaigns.
- Has experience handling significant monthly advertising budgets.
- Understands location-based targeting and real estate micro-markets.
- Can analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions independently.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can work closely with sales teams to understand lead quality.
- Is comfortable working with aggressive CPL and lead-generation targets.

Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification / Google Analytics Certification will be an advantage.
