- Handle and process gold dore bars / gold-bearing materials as per refinery procedures.

- Carry out the aqua regia refining process

(50kg gold) for separation and purification of gold.

- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, chemical addition, reaction time, filtration, precipitation and washing.

- Support gold dissolution, filtration, precipitation and recovery operations.

- Ensure proper handling and segregation of precious-metal-bearing residues and by-products.

- Monitor gold recovery and purity at different stages of the refining process.

- Coordinate with the assay/laboratory team for sampling, testing and verification of gold purity.

- Maintain accurate records of material received, process quantities, recovery,



output and wastage.

- Identify process deviations and report them to the supervisor/chemist.

- Follow SOPs, work instructions and refinery quality standards.

- Ensure protected handling, storage and disposal of acids and other process chemicals.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the refinery area.

- Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, PPE usage and hazardous-chemical handling procedures.

- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and improving recovery and refining efficiency.
