Gold Loan Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesSource and acquire new customers for gold loan business. Explain gold loan products, interest rates, and repayment options to customers. Assist in gold appraisal and valuation as per company guidelines.
Verify customer documents and complete KYC formalities. Process loan applications and ensure accurate documentation. Disburse loans within defined turnaround time (TAT). Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and cross-selling targets. Follow up with customers for interest payments, renewals, and loan closures. Manage collections and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts.
Ensure safe handling and custody of pledged gold ornaments.
Maintain branch records and update customer information in the system. Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines. Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service support.
Coordinate with branch staff and other departments for smooth operations. Conduct field visits and local marketing activities to generate business.
