Since this is for a super luxury real estate clubhouse in Mohali, the GM should have a strong luxury hospitality background with expertise in Food & Beverage, Club Operations, Banquets, VIP/HNI guest handling, Housekeeping, Engineering, and P&L; management—similar to leadership roles in luxury clubs and premium hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end clubhouse operations including F&B;, Banquets, Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering, Spa & Recreation.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences for HNI residents and VIP guests.

Drive F&B; profitability, budgeting, inventory, and cost control.

Ensure SOPs, luxury service standards, hygiene,



and compliance.

Lead, train, and develop high-performing hospitality teams.

Manage vendor coordination, maintenance, and clubhouse upkeep.

Plan and execute premium events, member engagement activities, and private functions.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.

Proven experience as GM/Club Manager in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or private members' club.

Strong knowledge of F&B; operations, banquet management, luxury service standards, budgeting, and team leadership.

Excellent communication and executive presence.

Location: Mohali | On-site

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
