Role Description The Global Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing and growing Darsavio Exim’s product portfolio across international markets. In this role, the individual will develop product strategies for key categories such as coffee, tea, construction materials, agro commodities, processed foods, and spices, ensuring alignment with market demand and company objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, defining product positioning, coordinating with sourcing and logistics teams, and overseeing pricing and margin optimization.

The Global Product

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations to support product launches, manage lifecycle performance,



and maintain compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements. The role also involves building strong relationships with global clients and partners, monitoring product quality standards, and identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including product strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization for global markets.
- Solid analytical and research abilities to conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting.
- Knowledge of international trade, export logistics, and compliance, particularly for agro commodities, food products, and construction materials.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global clients.
- Experience in pricing strategy, margin analysis, and commercial decision-making in an export or FMCG environment.
- Proficiency with data and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM/ERP systems) to track performance and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in global product management, export operations, or international business is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel domestically or internationally as business needs require.
- Candidates with multi-lingual abilities are preferred
