Role Description The Global Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing supplier performance management for IKS Health’s global operations. This full-time, in office role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, cost optimization, and quality standards. The role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, managing key vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

The Global Procurement

Manager will analyze market trends, evaluate risk,



and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and strategic sourcing. This role also requires preparing regular reports on procurement performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to global procurement best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including global sourcing, purchasing processes, and category management.
- Candidates should possess Supplier Evaluation and performance management skills to assess quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, cost analysis, and market assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is an advantage.
- Experience in global or multi-location procurement, preferably within healthcare, technology, or services organizations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with automation and digital procurement solutions is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work ethically, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and support organizational values and diversity.
