Global Chief Operating Officer | Pune

Native has been retained by a leading global manufacturing organisation to identify a Chief Operating Officer for a high-impact, global leadership mandate.

The organisation is part of a diversified, professionally managed global group with a strong presence across international markets and a significant manufacturing footprint.

The COO will be based out of Pune and will have a global remit, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive the next phase of operational growth and transformation.

The Prospect:

This is a Global COO mandate with responsibility across a large multi-plant manufacturing network spanning India, Europe and LATAM.

The role will bring together:

- Global manufacturing and operations leadership
- Supply Chain and end-to-end operational excellence
- Multi-site / multi-geography manufacturing
- Manufacturing transformation and Industry 4.0
- Productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation
- Building scalable operating systems to support growth
- Cross-functional leadership across manufacturing, supply chain and business teams
- Developing and strengthening the organisation's operational capabilities

Who We're Looking For:





We are keen to engage with senior operating leaders who have built their careers in manufacturing-led businesses and have progressed into enterprise-level operational leadership.

Relevant backgrounds could include

Global Manufacturing | Industrial Manufacturing | Packaging | CDMO | Engineering-led Businesses | Process Manufacturing

Strong experience across Supply Chain is particularly relevant.

We are looking for leaders who have moved beyond individual plant leadership and have experience managing multiple manufacturing locations, complex operations and international stakeholders.

Exposure to Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, automation and operational transformation will be an important part of the mandate.

Location: Pune The role will be based out of the organisation's corporate headquarters in Pune.

We are also open to engaging with Indian leaders currently based overseas who may be considering a return to India for a global leadership opportunity of this scale.
