- At least a BE/BTECH or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
Demonstrated understanding of enterprise GIS administration and basic project management concepts including client management and performing to the project scope & timeline under the guidance of the project manager
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience with Esri ArcGIS Software (Enterprise, Desktop, Server, ArcGIS Pro, StoryMaps)
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to ever-changing situations
- Exemplary problem solver skills and excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to work independently, take direction and pro-actively manage time and resources to maintain project schedules
- Capacity to develop/calculate performance metrics to demonstrate status
- Experience with development/testing of routines for GIS data to identify data quality and accuracy
- Proficient creating design documents, project documentation, reports, meeting agendas, and presentations using Microsoft Teams, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
