# : Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), Production & Maintenance Industry: Industrial Gases Reports to: Plant Manager, working closely with Operations Managers ## Role Summary Support daily gas production and all plant maintenance work, keeping equipment running safely and without unplanned downtime. You will learn and work on screw compressors, air compressors and other plant utilities. ## Key Responsibilities Production - Monitor daily production and record pressure, flow, temperature and purity each shift.

- Operate plant equipment under supervision, following SOPs.

- Support cylinder and tanker filling and dispatch coordination.

- Prepare daily and monthly production reports and flag deviations from targets. Maintenance - Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of screw compressors, air compressors, dryers, filters, pumps, motors and valves.

- Follow maintenance schedules (oil, filter and separator changes, belt and valve checks).

- Diagnose common faults such as overheating, low pressure, vibration and leaks.

- Maintain equipment logs and job cards, and track spares and consumables.





- Coordinate with vendors and OEM service engineers. Coordination - Work daily with the Plant Manager and Operations Managers to plan and prioritise jobs.

- Give clear shift handover reports.

- Guide operators and technicians on the shop floor. Safety & Compliance - Follow PPE, permit-to-work and lockout/tagout procedures.

- Report incidents and near misses promptly.

- Support statutory compliance and audits, and maintain 5S. ## Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Production Engineering.

- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience (plant internship is a plus). ## Skills - Basic knowledge of compressors, pumps, motors and pressure equipment.

- Ability to read drawings and equipment manuals.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Strong safety mindset, positive communication and willingness to work shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹808,583.26 per month
