The Migration Company (TMC) is looking for a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to deliver structured A1–B2 German language training to adult and qualified learners as part of a long-term language learning program.

The trainer will help learners develop strong German communication skills for everyday, academic, and professional/business environments, with a focus on practical communication and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

-Deliver structured German language training from A1 to B2

- Conduct engaging and interactive online/live training sessions
- Develop learners’ Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing skills
- Build practical German communication skills relevant to professional and workplace environments
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, quizzes and assessments
- Support self-paced learning through practice exercises, assignments and learner activities
- Provide regular individual feedback and academic support
- Track attendance, participation, assessments and learner progress
- Conduct regular evaluations and support learners in preparing for German language examinations
- Help learners build confidence in everyday and professional German communication
- Collaborate with TMC’s academic and operations teams to ensure consistency,



quality and achievement of learning outcomes

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

- C1/C2-level German proficiency or certification from a recognised institution
- Master’s degree in German, German Language, German Studies, or a relevant field is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience teaching German as a foreign language, preferably to adult, professional or college-level learners
- Strong command of spoken and written German, with the ability to explain grammar and language concepts clearly
- Ability to develop and deliver structured, learner-focused training sessions
