Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer care, preferably in an international BPO or call center setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with telesales and inbound call center operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.
