Role Description The German Language Trainer will deliver structured German language instruction to learners preparing for higher education, Ausbildung programs and jobs in Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting interactive lessons, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels and learning styles. The trainer will develop and update lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with exam requirements, real-world communication, and student goals.

The role also involves providing feedback,



mentoring students on language-related aspects of applications and interviews, and collaborating with the counseling team to ensure cohesive support. This is a full time, on-site role based in Indore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with experience delivering German language instruction to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing structured curricula, learning activities, and assessments aligned with learner outcomes.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Literature and German culture to enrich lessons with authentic texts, cultural context, and real-world language use.
- Proficiency in German (preferably at B2 level or higher, with relevant certification such as Goethe or TELC) and solid command of English for bilingual instruction and guidance.
- Relevant academic background in Languages, Education, German Studies, or a related field; prior experience as a language trainer or educator is highly beneficial.
- Ability to create an inclusive, learner-centered classroom environment, using varied teaching methods and educational technology tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate learners, provide constructive feedback, and work collaboratively with colleagues.
