Position: General Manager Finance & Accounts

Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant)

Experience: 15–20 Years

Industry: Real Estate Only

Location: Greater Noida West

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function and overall financial operations.
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
- Fund management, cash-flow planning and working capital management.
- Statutory compliance, taxation, audit and regulatory matters.
- Project-wise accounting and financial monitoring.
- Coordination with banks, auditors, consultants and financial institutions.
- Ensure strong internal controls and effective financial governance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and support to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 15–20 years of relevant experience.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of project finance, accounting, taxation and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
