- Minimum 10 years experience in handling Banking / NBFC Operations, direct experience in Unsecured Lending is a plus
- Custodian of processes related to Bank reconciliation, GL Reconciliation, Reconciliation of Disbursement, Reschedulement, Termination Control Accounts daily, NACH, repayment etc
- Expertise in LMS Product configuration and handling new Projects related to LMS
- Robust understanding of financial operations, including GL reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes
- Experience in coordinating with internal and statutory auditors for financial audits
