Highrise Regency | Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh The Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of Highrise Regency and play a key role in the property's next phase of growth.

The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day performance of the hotel, lead teams across key departments, maintain high standards of guest experience and service, and work closely with ownership on operational performance, commercial growth and strategic planning.

With a major expansion currently underway, the role will also be closely involved in preparing the organisation for over 120 additional rooms and the development of Highrise Club & Resort, making experience with hotel expansions, pre-openings or large-scale hospitality operations particularly valuable.

Highrise Regency is one of Burhanpur's leading hospitality destinations, offering 70 operational rooms, banquet facilities and a robust reputation for guest experience and service excellence.

As part of our next phase of growth, we are undertaking a major expansion that includes over 120 additional rooms, villas, leisure facilities and the development of Highrise Club & Resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
- Lead and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and Administration.
- Drive operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement across the property.
- Manage budgets, revenue performance, cost controls and overall business profitability.
- Recruit,



mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and hospitality.
- Work closely with ownership and senior stakeholders on strategic planning, expansion initiatives and long-term growth.
- Support the planning and execution of the upcoming expansion, including new rooms, hospitality facilities and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a General Manager, Resident Manager or Assistant General Manager within a reputable hotel or resort.
- Strong operational and commercial leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing hospitality teams and delivering high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Experience in pre-opening projects, hotel expansions or large-scale hospitality developments will be a significant advantage.
- Candidates with relevant hospitality experience in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat or Rajasthan will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Degree or qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
