Role Description The General Manager at Infinite NXT is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring business objectives are met, and driving sustainable growth. This role includes leading cross-functional teams, managing performance, and implementing operational processes that support the company’s investment products and customer experience.

The General

Manager will develop and execute strategic plans, monitor key metrics, and collaborate with leadership to improve services, optimize workflows, and maintain regulatory and compliance standards. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, stakeholder communication,



and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Business operations and strategic planning abilities, including experience in setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and driving process improvements.
- Financial acumen and investment domain awareness, preferably in fintech or digital investment platforms, with an understanding of risk management and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote work, reporting, and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior operations, general management, or similar leadership role, ideally within financial services or technology.
- Ability to work independently, make data-informed decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving market setting.
