We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Fund Raising & Corporate Finance to lead the Group’s funding and capital strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15+ years of experience, preferably in Real Estate / Property Development, with a strong track record in raising and structuring capital through Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Private Equity Funds, AIFs, Family Offices and Institutional Investors.

This is a strategic leadership role working closely with the Chairman and Senior Management on funding, financial structuring, investments and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Group’s fund-raising and capital strategy.
- Raise and structure Project Finance, Construction Finance, Corporate Finance, LAP and Structured Debt.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Funds, Family Offices and Institutional Investors.
- Structure debt, equity and mezzanine financing based on business and project requirements.
- Evaluate funding requirements for land acquisition, real estate projects, joint ventures and expansion initiatives.
- Lead negotiations on interest rates, security, covenants, repayment terms and other commercial conditions.
- Prepare financial models, project feasibility reports, investment proposals and funding presentations.
- Manage transactions from initial discussions through sanction, documentation, disbursement and repayment.
- Work with Legal, Accounts, Projects,



Sales and Business Development teams to ensure successful transaction closure.
- Support the Chairman and Senior Management in evaluating investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic opportunities.
- Drive optimisation of cost of capital, cash flows, debt profile and capital allocation.
- Establish and strengthen the Group’s Corporate Finance & Treasury function.

Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Fund Raising, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Real Estate Finance or Structured Finance.
- 6–8+ years of experience in Real Estate / Property Development funding preferred.
- Proven experience in raising capital for residential, commercial, plotted development, land or other real estate projects.
- Solid network and relationships with Banks, NBFCs, PE Funds, AIFs, Family Offices and Institutional Investors.
- Strong understanding of real estate project finance, cash flows, security structures and escrow mechanisms.
- Experience in both debt and equity fund raising will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, financial modelling and deal-structuring skills.
- Ability to independently originate, structure and close funding transactions.
- Strong commercial acumen, integrity and confidentiality.
- Experience working in a promoter-led or fast-growing organisation is preferred.

Education CA / MBA – Finance / CFA / Equivalent Professional Qualification preferred.
