About the Role The General Manager – Project Sales will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales strategy, revenue generation, and client acquisition for large-scale projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution capability, leadership skills, and experience in handling high-value B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute project sales strategies aligned with company growth goals

- Drive revenue generation across key sectors (industrial, infrastructure, sustainability projects)

- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

- Lead client acquisition for large and strategic projects

- Represent the company in negotiations, presentations, and deal closures

- Lead, mentor, and scale the project sales team

- Set targets, track performance, and ensure accountability

- Foster a high-performance and result-oriented sales culture

- Work closely with operations, technical, and finance teams for seamless project execution





- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery

- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

- Provide insights for product/service improvements and positioning

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS

- Drive data-based decision-making and performance tracking

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in project sales / B2B sales / industrial or infrastructure sales

- Proven track record of closing high-value deals

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities

- Experience in sustainability, environmental solutions, or related sectors is a plus
