We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee business operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, manage teams, and contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

- Lead, motivate, and manage teams to improve overall performance.

- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Prepare and monitor budgets, targets, and operational plans.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.





- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

- Prepare regular performance reports for management.

- Ensure achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.

- 5–10 years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role.

- Solid experience in Sales & Marketing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

- Strong business development and team management abilities.

- Good knowledge of market trends and business operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
