Kryon Technology is looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially driven business leader to build and scale our EV Business across India and selected global markets.

This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for a Business Builder who can create markets, open CXO relationships, win strategic OEMs and convert opportunities into long-term, profitable business.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

⚡ EV Business Strategy & Growth

Build the EV growth roadmap, identify high-value opportunities and create a strong business pipeline.

? Strategic Customer Acquisition

Build relationships with EV OEMs, Automotive Tier-1s, Charging Companies, Energy & Infrastructure players and Technology Companies.

? Business Development

Drive opportunities from first engagement to RFQ, nomination and mass production.

? Integrated Manufacturing Solutions

Position Kryon across Design + Engineering + EMS + Box Build + Testing + Supply Chain + Manufacturing.

? Strategic Accounts

Build and grow P1 accounts, create multi-year relationships and unlock new programs.

? Commercial Leadership

Own revenue, pipeline, margins, forecasting,



negotiations and business closures.

? Market Expansion

Build strategic partnerships and identify opportunities across India and international markets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

12–15 years of robust experience in:

EV | EV Charging | Automotive Electronics | Power Electronics | EMS | Contract Manufacturing

You should have a proven track record of:

- Winning and scaling large B2B/OEM accounts
- Building CXO-level relationships
- Managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Creating and converting high-value pipelines
- Working across Engineering, Operations & Manufacturing
