Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with 10+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, GIS, surveying, and administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing construction-related activities, survey and GIS operations, project coordination, and overall administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise construction and civil engineering projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Handle land/site surveys, GIS mapping, and survey-related activities.
- Coordinate with survey teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Review technical drawings, site measurements, survey reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, quality, resources, and site requirements.
- Manage administrative activities related to projects and site operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Prepare and review project reports, MIS,



and progress updates for management.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
- Coordinate with senior management for project planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Construction / Civil Engineering.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Practical knowledge of construction management and site operations.
- Valuable knowledge and experience in GIS and land/site surveying.
- Experience in handling teams, contractors, and multiple project activities.
- Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and take ownership of projects.
