Dencil Fluidtek Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced General Manager with a robust background in the Oil & Gas industry to lead and manage overall business and operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development, sales, projects, and operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, and key customers.
- Drive business growth and achieve organizational targets.
- Manage project execution, customer requirements, and team performance.
- Oversee products and projects related to pumps, DRA skids, injection skids, and fluid handling systems.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas projects, industrial equipment, and B2B business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Strong industry network and willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹22,513.45 - ₹98,065.87 per month
