About the Role

Danlite Tools Technician is looking for an experienced Manager to run day-to-day operations and lead our team. This is a management position, not a hands-on technician role. You will be responsible for planning, people, performance, and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the team, including technicians and support staff
- Plan work schedules, set targets, and assign responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets and deadlines are met
- Maintain reports, records, attendance, and inventory using computer systems
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and other departments
- Handle escalations, complaints, and problem-solving
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Conduct performance reviews and give regular feedback
- Control costs, track productivity, and improve processes
- Report regularly to senior management

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any relevant field (MBA or management diploma is an advantage)
- 5-7 years of experience,



with a proven record of managing teams
- Good knowledge of computers: MS Office (especially Excel), email, reporting, and business or ERP software
- Strong understanding of business operations
