A Hotel General Manager oversees all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff management, and financial profitability.Core Responsibilities A Hotel General Manager is responsible for the overall management of a hotel, including daily operations, staff supervision, and guest services.

Key duties include

- Operational Oversight: Coordinating all departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards thehotelgm.

- Financial Management: Creating budgets, forecasting revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring profitability while controlling costs thehotelgm.

- Staff Management: Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring departmental alignment with hotel goals interviewguy.

- Guest Experience: Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, handling complaints, resolving issues,



and enhancing the overall guest experience thehotelgm.

- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities to meet business objectives of the hotel.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as hotel policies and standard operating procedures Job Descriptions, Resumes, and Career Resources.

- Event and Facility Management: Overseeing room bookings, events, maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep to maintain a welcoming setting

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
