Responsible for managing the overall brewery operations, production, quality, people, costs, compliance and business performance. The role requires solid experience in brewing operations and leadership of cross-functional teams.

- Manage end-to-end brewery operations and production planning.
- Oversee brewing, fermentation, maturation, filtration and packaging activities.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to brewing standards.
- Manage production targets, yield, wastage and cost controls.
- Lead and develop brewing, production, quality and maintenance teams.
- Monitor raw-material planning, inventory and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with Excise, FSSAI, safety,



environmental and statutory requirements.
- Implement SOPs, quality systems and process improvements.
- Manage budgets, MIS, CAPEX and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other departments.
- Drive productivity, efficiency and profitability of the brewery.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and maximum equipment uptime.
- Handle audits, regulatory inspections and corrective actions.

Preferred Experience: 1225 years in brewery/beer manufacturing, with significant experience managing brewery operations. Current brewery postings commonly emphasize production leadership, quality control, equipment management, SOPs and statutory compliance.
