About usEnhance Entertainment Media, the entertainment arm of IBS Group, builds artist-led IPs, live shows and sponsorship partnerships with national brands.

Responsibilities

- Assist management in planning and executing brand partnerships, live shows and events
- Prepare budgets, cost sheets, pitch decks and MIS reports
- Research brands, industries and prospects; maintain the client database
- Support outreach campaigns, social media coordination and trend research
- Help with hiring, onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Manage schedules, meeting notes,



vendor coordination and office documentation

Eligibility

- Pursuing or completed BMS, BBA, BAF, BBI, B.Com or equivalent; MBA/PGDM freshers welcome
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Canva skills
- Clear written and spoken English
- Available immediately for a minimum of 3 months

Brownie points

- Prior startup, agency or events internship
- Evidence of brand partnership or sponsorship work
- Smart use of AI tools for research
