Job Summary:

A General Factory Assistant in a ready-made garments factory supports daily production activities such as fabric handling, assisting tailors and machine operators, packing garments, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area to ensure smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist sewing machine operators, cutters, and supervisors in garment production.
- Carry fabric rolls, cut panels, and finished garments between departments.
- Help in folding, tagging, and packing finished garments.
- Support the cutting, stitching, and finishing departments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
- Assist in loading and unloading garments for dispatch.
- Perform basic quality checks like thread cutting and checking for visible defects.




- Follow factory safety rules and supervisor instructions.

Skills & Requirements:

- Basic understanding of garment production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Physically fit to handle materials and garments.
- Teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Punctual and responsible.

Education:

- Minimum: 8th or 12th pass.

Experience:

- Freshers can apply; experience in garment factories is an advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
