Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Skilled certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent.

10+ years of experience in group reporting, in a manufacturing or multinational environment

Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices including UK GAAP and IFRS.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of being a proactive and engaged team player.

Experience in leading or participating in finance transformation projects is highly desirable.

Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
