About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled GenAI Lead to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bring robust expertise in GenAI platforms, RAG architectures, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices while leading technical teams and delivering business impact.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop enterprise Generative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead the implementation of GenAI applications leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google AI platforms.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and data scientists to translate business problems into AI solutions.
- Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of AI solutions.
- Mentor engineering teams and contribute to technical excellence across projects

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and LLM-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major GenAI platform (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
- Expertise in prompt engineering techniques and AI application design.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or similar.
- Knowledge of semantic search, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization, and hybrid search.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).




- Understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization, and serverless technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and production monitoring tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
