Role & responsibilities
- Identify, architect, and implement high-value AI and automation use cases.
- Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation.
- Drive automation across service desk, incident management, knowledge management, SAP operations, and IT support processes.
- Integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and enterprise applications.
- Define AI standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and accelerators.
- Track outcomes including ROI, productivity gains, cost reduction, ticket deflection, and service improvements.

- Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search
- ServiceNow Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent
- LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering
