- Conduct GD, PI, mock interviews and personality development sessions.
- Prepare students from an interview perspective, including self-introduction, academic, personal, career and current-affairs-based questions.
- Train students on communication, confidence, body language, presentation and analytical skills.
- Prepare students for IPMAT, IIM, CUET, CLAT, BBA, MBA and other entrance/admission interviews.
- Conduct mock GD/PI assessments and provide individual feedback.
- Develop GD topics, interview questions and relevant training materials.
- Stay updated with current affairs and admission/selection trends.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/Management/English/Communication preferred.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in GD-PI, interview training, soft skills or entrance coaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
- Strong knowledge of current affairs and interview practices.
- Confident, articulate and student-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for sessions, if required.
