Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Garments Quality Inspector.

The Garments Quality

Inspector is responsible for inspecting finished and in-process garments to ensure they meet defined quality standards, measurements, and workmanship requirements. Day-to-day tasks include checking fabric and trims, verifying stitching quality, assessing fit and construction, identifying defects, and documenting inspection results. The role involves collaborating with production, merchandising, and warehouse teams to address quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.

The inspector will also help maintain quality records, follow standard operating procedures,



and support audits and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Quality Control and Inspection, including garment measurement checks, visual defect identification, and adherence to quality guidelines.
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, such as implementing quality standards, monitoring processes, and supporting corrective and preventive actions.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting inspection data, identifying trends, and recommending practical process improvements.
- Prior experience in garment manufacturing, apparel production, or textile quality inspection is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of common garment construction techniques, fabrics, trims, and industry quality norms.
- Attention to detail, ability to work on the production floor, and capability to manage multiple inspections under tight timelines.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with production and quality teams and to prepare clear reports.
- Relevant vocational training, diploma, or certification in textiles, fashion technology, or quality management is preferred; comparable practical experience will be considered.
