️ Technical/Customer Support experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Phone, Chat & Email
Support Gaming Products, Billing, Payments & Subscriptions
Troubleshoot basic Hardware & Software issues
Manage support tickets through CRM
Requirements
Graduation/PG completion certificate
Original mark sheets required for onboarding
Willingness to work US & rotational shifts
Client-mandated training is mandatory
