- Inspect raw materials (e.g, solid wood, plywood, laminates, veneers, fabrics, leather, foam, hardware, and metal frames) upon delivery.

- Conduct routine line checks on the shop floor during various production stages (cutting, sanding, framing, assembly, and upholstery).

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specs to verify critical dimensions, angles, and tolerances using measuring tools.

- Perform comprehensive final inspections on completed furniture (tables, seating, wardrobes, modular kitchens, or soft furnishings).

- Verify aesthetic perfection: check surface finishes, polish/paint consistency, edge banding, stitching quality, and absence of scratches or dents.

- Conduct basic functional and stability tests (rocking checks, weight load balance, drawer sliding smoothness, and hardware/recliner mechanisms)

- Maintain detailed logs, daily inspection sheets, and non-conformance reports (NCR).

- Escalate repetitive defects to production supervisors and assist in root-cause analysis to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
