Key responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the organisations fundraising strategy in coordination with the Managing Director and senior management.

- Identify potential investors including HNIs, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital funds, strategic investors, impact funds and institutional investors.

- Explore debt funding opportunities through banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and structured finance providers.

- Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, information memorandums, financial summaries and fundraising proposals.

- Maintain and periodically update financial projections, business plans, project economics and funding requirements.

- Build and maintain a database and pipeline of prospective investors and lenders.

- Initiate investor outreach and arrange meetings, presentations and management discussions.

- Coordinate responses to investor queries and requests for information.

- Manage the due-diligence process including financial, legal, commercial, technical and regulatory documentation.

- Coordinate with CFO, Company Secretary, legal advisors, auditors, merchant bankers and consultants during fundraising transactions.

- Support valuation discussions,



term-sheet negotiations and transaction structuring.

- Track fundraising opportunities, investor interest, negotiations, documentation and expected closure dates.

- Explore project-specific financing for current projects, equipment, working capital and expansion.

- Identify government funding schemes, subsidies, sustainability funds, green finance and climate-finance opportunities applicable to the organisation.

- Develop relationships with banks, investment bankers, merchant bankers, financial advisors and institutional investors.

- Prepare periodic fundraising reports for senior management showing funding requirement, investor pipeline, discussions, probability of closure and expected funding timelines.

- Ensure confidentiality of financial and strategic information shared with external parties.

- Support pre-IPO fundraising, strategic investment or private-placement activities where applicable.

- Assist management in evaluating funding alternatives based on cost of capital, dilution, repayment obligations and strategic benefits.
