Role Description The Cybersecurity Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training programs, workshops, and lab sessions in key cybersecurity domains. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves creating curriculum materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments aligned with industry standards. The trainer will conduct regular classes, mentor learners, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Responsibilities include updating course content to reflect emerging threats and best practices, collaborating with technical teams to build realistic lab environments,



and supporting organizational initiatives to expand cybersecurity education offerings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Cybersecurity and Information Security, with the ability to explain core concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Hands-on experience or solid knowledge in Network Security and Application Security, including common vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
- Understanding of Malware Analysis and threat landscapes, with the capacity to demonstrate practical analysis approaches in lab settings.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or conducting technical workshops, preferably in cybersecurity or related IT domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric approach.
- Ability to design curricula, lab exercises, and assessments that align with industry frameworks and certifications.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an educational and technical workplace.
