You'll own the software people use to work with our robots: the mobile and tablet apps, the admin portal, and the cloud services that assign tasks to robots.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain our mobile app (iOS / Android) and tablet app
- Develop and maintain the web admin portal used to set up sites, maps and tasks
- Manage and maintain our databases
- Develop and maintain our task-allocation and fleet-management service
- Build triggers from real-time location (RTLS) events, e.g. calling a robot when a tagged item arrives
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript and React
- Backend experience with Python and REST / MQTT or similar messaging
- Database experience (Firestore, PostgreSQL or similar)
- Git and a solid habit of testing your own code
Nice to have
- Capacitor, React Native or other mobile frameworks
- Cloud experience (Google Cloud, AWS or similar)
- Interest in robotics or IoT
